Stutzman Block, one of our state’s most stunning Queen Anne commercial buildings, has been a fixture of the Dayton’s Bluff community for well over a century. Our team thoughtfully restored and reimagined the details that define its character. From collaborating with the owner, contractor, and painters to restore original trim, moldings, brackets, and cornices, to selecting a fresh yet historically appropriate color palette detailed down to the smallest architectural element, every design choice was made to celebrate the building’s craftsmanship. The brass-toned lettering on the front pediment is just one of the details that tie it all together—subtle, refined, and a nod to its storied past.
